Public Hearing: Ordinance 3069: An Interim Ordinance Extending the Moratorium on the Acceptance of Certain Land Use Actions in the R4 Use Zone West of the Commercial Use Zone (Action) ** Pursuant to Governor Inslee's Proclamation 20-28, certain requirements of the OPMA have been temporarily suspended and all in-person meetings are discouraged during the COVID-19 Emergency. The City Council is therefore requesting public participation in this public hearing by written comment only. A full public hearing will be scheduled once the COVID-19 Emergency has been declared over.*
